Form Builder

Anyone can create a form in GeoDocs.  Choose from a variety of question and answer types for pre-loaded features, and use GeoDocs' drag and drop capability to reorder questions as necessary.  Responses to forms can be sent via email or sent to a database.  Now you can easily create event registration, HR forms, surveys, and more!

Workflows

GeoDocs CMS allows you to use pre-loaded workflows (set by administrators) or create a new path.  A workflow can have any number of steps. 

Templates

Control your brand image by creating templates for pages, menus, and sections.  Site adminsitrators can then choose from amongst the approved templates to build a page.  Because GeoDocs separates content (html) from display (css) the content will display in the style of the template selected.

Content Types

GeoDocs can be configured with content types to maintain consistency in format, control archiving settings, or make it easier to complete a routine task for your company or organization.  One example of a content type is Policy Module, which stores and manages approval of items such as HR policies.
